The concept of usury lacks a clear definition and isn't considered a significant economic issue with material impact. There isn't a specific interest rate that inherently makes loans unethical.

In a market economy, if someone feels that interest rates exceed what risk warrants, they are free to lend money and compete in the market.

Traditionally, condemning predatory usury aligns with conservative values. Nearly all religions and conservative societies globally have banned it. However, some in the West promote excessive usury masked as extreme capitalism.

Usury is defined as lending money and charging interest upon repayment of loans. In the Bible, such a practice is a capital offense (no pun intended). I am encouraging zero % interest loans on our $LEO and $LSTR. Charge a small fee.
