Yesterday being Sunday started on a very sad note for me. I had some tokens that I wanted to swap to power up my HP. I had called my onboarder to do it for me but she said she can't, that she can only guide me, now that's the problem.

I find it really difficult to assimilate something at a go because I do not listen well. Like if you are explaining a command for me to carry out, it will interest you to know that all what you are telling me at the time will be sounding like gibberish in my ear because all my attention will be to get to the ending part. Now, I could manage to pick few key points that I can work with, but that's as far as it gets.

My onboarder took her time and explained the whole hive keychain process to me but I did not feel the need to listen because I thought how hard could it be? I can always follow the command and still do all this plenty things you are explaining without end, so I had thought.

I woke up at exactly 3:00am and already had my day planned out. I'd get on hiving after which I'd do laundry, cook, engage in some other activities and then come back to hiving again, these were my plans for the Sunday and the first point of hiving was swapping my tokens with hive to convert it to HP. I entered my hive keychain and all was going well but then I realized the only substantial token I had was dreem so I resorted to swapping just that. But then, the problem started when I could not locate the command for swapping and I thought maybe if I transferred the dreem to me again, I could then swap it with the hive.

I had forgotten all the guidelines my onboarder gave and started working on impulse. I got to the tranfer command as that was the only thing I could find that made sense to me. I typed my username and then clicked on transfer but it kept loading, I started wondering why the transaction was taking so long, so I had thought let me just cancel but as I cancelled, it showed transaction successful so I was happy and smiling from ear to ear that I was actually getting the whole process. I checked on my dreem token again and saw that I had no dreem left, I said ok let me go and check my wallet if the dreem had reflected. On checking my wallet via ecency, it was still reflecting zero dreem, by this time I felt the panic coming small small.

I went to my transaction history to check on the transfer record, on getting there I'm like eh now, see it there now, bipolar95 to bipolar95 why is the dreem not reflecting? but on a closer look, I saw that the other bipolar95 I had sent to had no R so instead of bipolar95, I had sent to bipola95 and I wanted to mad. I didn't know when I started shouting ye! ye! ye!!! (exclamation) like yoruba people.

Immediately I rushed to my Whatsapp and started calling my onboarder, this was about 4:00am and she wasnt picking. I called on normal call still no response then I shouted Egbami!(another exclamation) I literally turned yoruba for a split second. Next, I sent her an SOS and waited for her response, by this time morning was fast approaching as it was almost 5:00am.

I went back to my ecency wallet and tried to initiate another transfer because I had seen a note upon transferring dreem that any transaction relating to fund is none reverseable so be sure the usernaame is correct. But I didn't want to believe my eyes were seeing well at the time, I'm like let me try initiating another transfer first, if truly the note about transaction being none reverseable will pop up. If it doesn't pop, let me run to Dreemy or Mcyusuf for help.

Ladies and gentlemen it did pop o and my sweating doubled as my chances of meeting with any of the dreemport support team has been dashed because with such a note, what are you flying disturbing people for? My only hope now is to wait for my onboarder to come online, I said to myself because my money cannot go like that. I went on google to see if I can get anything but I was seeing results for commercial banks instead. At that point all the lectures my onboarder gave me at the initial time I started hive that I refused to pay attention to started sinking and then I thought to myself going by what she has said, that means my money is truly gone? the moment that thought crossed my mind I shouted hey! and put both hands on my head like it is finished. All my activities for the day cancelled and I started thinking of alternatives while I await my onboarder.

Suddenly I remembered my onboarder telling me how I can stake ecency points for hive power(hp) I did that and it was approved, I said ok gradually gradually we will recover our lost fund. I started calculating my sleep time, I converted the dreem and said I lost $4 so that is 1hour sleep time that will be removed for the next four days and invested into hive because we must work back this 4 dollar and time is money. As I was strategizing and planning on recovery processes incase true true my dreem is gone, it occured to me to check bipola95 account if it belongs to anyone. I checked and the account was none existing, that was how it hit me to open an account with the name that maybe my dreem will be there. Then I remembered the post my onboarder made about onboarding me and how she had to pay $1 to get an account. I started doing plus and minus if I should stake that $1 for the account with my $4 equivalent but I remembered again that I had seen a post from ecency on how to open an account with ease. I rushed to my profile and saw the commands on how to create a hive account so I started clicking, I didn't know what I was doing but I was clicking then it showed me to verify my email I did and the account was created but then I was supposed to download some hive keys but I didn't get any, also no password and then I shouted hey! another end.

By 7:00am, I called my onboarder and she picked then I started ranting. She was like I thought I warned you not to make any transfer with hive keychain? I kept quiet and was shinning eye like lizard, that was when I remembered that truly she warned me but I didnt listen.

She said she'll get back to me let her go through my hive records to understand what really happened and that was how my onboarder went missing. I called severally but no response so I accepted my faith and became sobber. She called back after a while and when I said hello? she said wait o is it because of $4 your voice is like this? Then she started laughing at me I'm like ok give me the $4 so I can feel better, she laughed and said you try.

On relating her findings with me, She said she checked and discovered that the username I had transfered the dreem token to does not exist on hive so she'll create an account with the name maybe the dreem will still be there. I told her I had already created an account with the name but I can't confirm if it was successful. Next she started yelling that have I not warned you severally that before doing anything on hive contact me first? She then proceeded to asking if I did get any email upon registering and I said yes, she asked me to forward it to her email. I went to my email to search for the mail, that was when I noticed ecency had sent a password I immediately forwarded the mail containing the password to my onboarder. She logged in and my dreem was sitting pretty in the new account. My happiness knew no bound, I got my dreem back and another hive account even though I do not know what to do with it yet.

From my long epistle, you can deduce that my day was made at least and I did achieve alot. Hopefully tomorrow is will be as remarkable as yesterday. I am already excited and pumped for it.
