A win-win situation.

Do I ever get bored? Yeah only when there is no electricity and my phone is dead, then I will have no other option but to sleep. You see, my phone is my greatest companion. In my phone, I have created a digital world and an escape from reality.

The thing is, I have more going on for me digitally because I get to hangout with different people all over the world, who could ever get bored with that right? Not me though.

When it comes to never going bored, it's all about creating value and making good use of the time. That's why for me, it is either working, blogging or hanging out on social media. Other times, I'm simply broadening my knowledge by reading about medieval and prehistoric times.

With my phone? There are no dull moments, when the power goes out, I panic because then I would not know what to do if I run out of phone battery.

I remember how trying last month was for me with the back to back power outage. I could barely think, I could hardly carry out any official duty nor could I process any prompt to pen down on hive.

Blogging was a struggle and some of my friends on Discord were actually surprised that I could not blog simply because I had no electricity. That's actually how badly a power outage can mess me up.

Thankfully, afflictions shall not rise again as things got better for me too because my sister took it upon herself to get a powerbank for the house.

Personally, I hate being idle, I always love things to happen for me and it was not until I broke down health wise that I understood the importance of sleep and how sleeping is not idleness.

Before now, whenever I wake up from sleep, I get upset with myself. I'll go as far as to telling myself that the time I will use and be productive, I used it for sleep. But right now, the same sleep that I used to frown at has now become an escape for me when a certain situation arises and I cannot access my phone.

The fact that I am not an outdoor person is what prompted me to include sleep as part of my routine to escape boredom.

The idea is if I'm not using my time to create value to earn, I should sleep to revitalize my mental health.

Whichever way, it has to be a win win situation for me.

This era of technology made things so easy as we no longer need to to far to get ourselves engaged.

We both are similar here, only that there is a point I get bored with my phone and I would get so tired pressing it. I am an indoor person too and sleep is also part of my escape room. For the electricity part, it is why I have 2 gigantic power banks, lol
My phone doesn't go down except I decide to drop it down and let it rest too.
