Hello everyone. How are you? I hope you're well. The weather has cooled down considerably; the houses are even colder than outdoors, at least at our house. 😓 When we go outside, we see that it's warmer. That's why we're a little regretful of dressing warmly. 🧥🧢🧤 Today, I'll show you a summer day and a beautiful place: Bismil National Park. Set over a large area with walking paths, playgrounds, and recreational areas, it's a great getaway for those looking for a weekend getaway. Families usually come for picnics, children play in the park, and adults sip drinks in the shade. It was late afternoon when we visited. 🕑Although it wasn't very lively, there were people strolling around, sitting on benches, and picnicking. There was even a cafe-like area inside that resembled a tea garden. Since it was hot, we didn't want to drink anything hot, and since we had cold drinks with us, we didn't sit in the cafe. However, it did have a very nice and warm appearance, and its colorful decor and lighting were eye-catching. 🎈🎨🔴I decided to definitely sit here in the future, so we left.

The Tigris River, which flows right at the bottom of the National Park, seemed to breathe life into this park and this city. Like everywhere the water flows, it was lush and vibrant. Seeing such views in this region makes one happy. 🌲🌳 The Tigris River stretch isn't exactly a river, more like a shallow, swampy wetland. However, interestingly, there are lots of fish in it. When we visited, a few fishermen were casting their lines and trying to catch fish. Even when we went to the riverside, we saw a few fish at the bottom of the reeds. I think the fish get muddy and die when the water recedes in the summer. I think this river will be even more fertile in winter with rain and snow. The quite long walking and cycling path is located right in front of you, overlooking this branch of the Tigris River.🏞️🌊And right in this area, there were a lot of benches set up, and we sat on one of them and watched the calm flow of the Tigris River. There were a slight movement covered in moss in some parts of the water, but mostly it was calm. When the wind blew, the small ripples in the water broke and reflected the light, adding a special beauty to the water. 🌊This river seemed to have fallen into a quiet afternoon nap. There was no noisy river sound, no flowing sound, but even that slowness added peace to the atmosphere. We were watching the view as if to say, "Not everything has to be in a hurry." However, there were quite a few tiny flies around, and they were really annoying. I don't know if it was the river or the forest behind it that made all these flies so crowded, but these swarms can really ruin a person's mood. 🦟 Thankfully, these flies weren't mosquitoes, or else they would be really annoying and harmful. 🦟

The delicious aromas wafting from the picnickers right behind us instantly filled the air with cooking aromas, making us hungry. I think everyone who smells barbecue gets hungry. When I smelled it, my wife and I decided we needed to have a barbecue right away, so we decided to make barbecue-style chicken at home for dinner. 😅 Maybe one day I'll share this recipe with you. While it's not as delicious as real barbecue, I can say it's incredibly delicious. Thanks for reading, and goodbye.🌼

It's a beautiful place full of lush vegetation; I loved it because it has that magical touch.
