July 2025 Hive Power Up Day!
Hive Power Up Day Rant:
Happy Hive Power Up Day to everyone participating! Hive price is low so I thought it would be a good time to spend a little for a lot of Hive again. I wanted to pick up some Hive from simple swap but their minimums to exchange for Hive is higher than I’d like to dish out for right now but the Hive Engine had me covered.
I powered up another 100 Hive for pretty cheap. Excited to watch my account grow, but I think the next step is to get that premium membership through inleo. I’ve been on threads using the Ureka front end and they’ve got me sold.
Other than that, lately I’ve been all about the Three tune Tuesdays and movie reviews here on hive. Having a lot of fun on those lately. I’ve come across a lot of good music and movies and others post by participating in the Three Tune Tuesday events and the Ciné community.
And while on the cinetv community, I’ve noticed they really have their stuff together! It’s all movie and television related post in that community and on their front end. No general topic fluff!

I’ve noticed a couple users making really good sports posts lately, but I wish sports talk social was as focused as the cinetv community. It would nice and make that front end SOOO cool.
I’ll make sure to do my part and put in a better effort to bring some cool sports content here every once in a while too. But shoutout to @sports.guy55, @mrcripdoe, @hanshotfirst, and @outwars for making really good sports content lately.

Yeah, it is a bit slow sports wise. But Baseball has been interesting to me lately because of Shohei. He's a class act and is arguably the greatest player ever, even this early on in his career.
For boxing, Manny Pacquiao is going to fight again, and even though he's old, I hope he wins it.
