I completed 8years yesterday and still haven't reached 5k.

Hehe, if my math is right, your HP growth is still better than mine 😄. I am now at 700HP but I've tranfered first 400HP to some marketplace earlier.
So I surely need more effort and investment, but luckily whole HIVE is looking like an awesome place to achive that! 😊
