FungiFriday| yellow wart fungus (Amanita flavoconia)

Between the rainy season and summer like this it is very profitable for me, where it is very easy for me to find mushrooms in my favorite place, namely the oil palm plantation which is not far from my house. This garden has long been a mainstay place for me to look for mushrooms. Amanita flavoconia or what is known as the yellow wart fungus, I found growing on the roots of a sago tree that had rotted and decomposed, the yellow wart fungus is a species of fungus that comes from the Amanitaceae family. This beautiful fungus has a dark yellow umbrella and slightly white colored items, this fungus grows in damp areas and is not exposed to sunlight, the rainy season is a very good time for the growth of this fungus, because it really needs moist air to develop until the umbrella blooms.
