Money Amplifies Not Change

Honestly, I’ve thought about this a lot,i’ve seen it, friends falling apart, siblings barely speaking to each other, people acting like strangers to each other all because of money. It’s sad, but it happens too often,one minute you're all laughing together, the next minute someone gets some money, and things are never the same again,you get to start seeing traits you don't understand.

But here’s the truth about money; money doesn’t really change people, it only reveals them, It amplifies who they already are on the inside.

Money is more like a sponsor tool,it doesn't necessarily come to give or define a person,it comes to amplify a person that's why If someone had a proud or selfish heart before, the only reason you might not have seen it is because they didn’t have the resources to show it but the moment money enters the scene, it becomes clear, that same humble guy suddenly spends every weekend in the club and is now proud? Truth is, the desire to club was always there and he was always proud, he just didn’t have the means to express himself. Now that money has come, it’s not that he changed; it’s just that who he truly is finally had a stage to perform.

On the flip side, someone who is naturally humble, kind, or generous won’t suddenly become arrogant just because their account balance increased. Money only makes their good nature more visible, they’ll give more, help more, love more.

Money is necessary, no doubt. It pays bills, provides comfort, opens doors, sponsors dreams but it sponsors destruction too, there's this part of scriptures that says the "prosperity of a fool kills him". Money in the wrong hands is dangerous, It all depends on the heart of the one who holds it. That’s why it’s so important to work on your character before your account,i see more reasons why most times God will allow us touch a little stress before finally ending up in wealth,its because during that dry season of your life you get to build in character because at the end if you're not ready for wealth it only destroys you.Bottom line is when money comes, it won’t lie, it’ll magnify you.

So no, money doesn’t change a man. It just gives a louder voice to who he really is.
