I see, I try continuously, so keep yourself healthy and also keep yourself motivated, but see, there are many things due to which we are not able to do all those things that we want to do, but it is like man that if he wants to do something, he does it, but if he does not want to do something, then he can make a hundred excuses. Well I feel that there is one thing in me that if I take up something then I keep doing it and even if it takes me some time to understand the thing but when I start to understand what I want then I give a good performance.
I had decided that once the weather becomes good, I will definitely go for morning walk, but look, it is already April but the cold has not completely gone here, due to which it becomes a little difficult to go in the morning and there is also a lot of danger of wild animals in the hilly areas, due to which it becomes a little difficult to go for a walk in the morning. Earlier, I used to go for a walk with some of my friends, due to which I used to get along with them and we used to go regularly, but since the rains started and then the winter season has begun, the program of going for a walk in the morning has become completely disorganized. Look, it takes some time to get things back on track, and I hope that soon I will get into the habit and I will again bring some good habits into my life, which will have a great impact on my overall routine and personality.
For now, I will just say that the plans I had planned have not gone wrong yet, but still I am not going to give up because there is only about 8 months left, this is also a long time in which we can achieve a lot and my effort will be that I will achieve something here and I hope that it will be beneficial for me because when we work on ourselves, it proves beneficial for us and it is also necessary, if you want to improve yourself or want to learn a skill, then all this is also necessary for that. Look, I do not make false promises, I would just like to say that right now, I do not want to make any kind of plan; I will just go with time and see how my plans are going. By the way, the only plan for this year is that I will keep myself healthy; this was my only resolution for this year. I have not started working on it yet, but I hope that I will work on it soon, and it will prove beneficial for me.

There is a person in our office who regularly goes for a run from home, no matter what the weather is like. Now, he has become used to all these things and probably does not even need an alarm.
