The first priority should be health π€
Mostly all of us are busy earning money, and we all do have some kind of disease that are surrounding us. It is not really an easy task to change yourself completely in a day, if you are going to have some new habits in your life then you do have to be continuous towards that for a few weeks at least. Sonu did it get used to that things I do realize that I am kind of addicted to the hive. This is good in many ways but this does have some disadvantages as well. The first thing is this is affecting my health mostly my eyes, my sleeping pattern end of course my overall health. We do have heard a famous quote that is health is wealth.

But now most of us I doing the opposite of that mostly if you are earning person then things are not in your control all the time. We are now used to have taking stress in our life just as can be your family problems or your office work problems. It is really hard to draw a line between both spaces. If in the morning you are stressed by something that did happen at your home then the chances are you will be frustrated and irritated when you did enter your office. Sometimes you are more can be the same whole day sometimes after a few words you feel a little better.
Sometimes if you have a lot of pressure at your workplace then the chances are you are gonna fight with your family for no reason. Nothing is you just get frustrated, sometimes the results of the frustration can be not good.
For better health first of all you don't need proper sleep. If you do clear then you should take a sleep in the morning. Usually, I do sleep at 12:00 o'clock at night and woke up 6 to 7 a.m. daily. Slowly I am trying to sleep early and woke up early too and go for a small walk in the morning.
There are a few things that you can follow to sleep early or try to be more productive daily if you do spare time left. First thing try to avoid social media platforms often make a fixed time to use them. I don't have any application installed (social media or I do have WhatsApp) on my phone I do use the website to visit any social media platforms. I do use Instagram sometimes maybe once a week. If you are addicted to the reels and shorts then you can try to distract your mind by doing something else try to set a reminder or for what you want to do something like that. For concentration you should start meditation it is really helpful mostly if you do that in the morning you will feel something different.
The earlier you can do that the more you will see the results in the morning when almost everything is silent you can only hear the voice of birds chirping. The silence is so powerful, don't try to push yourself hard for things do remember one thing nothing is going to be with you permanently everything is temporary. Just take a deep breath for a few minutes that did make us a bit better. Just take deep breaths.
For better health try to add a few things to your list. Do meditation or exercise, read books, help your family members with their problems related to your house, keep yourself busy with things don't try to sit and watch things. Try to do something when you are free at least once a week when you do have a holiday. If you do have small kids with you then try to play with don't take kids to irritate them they are so curious to learn things try to play it's fun.
Maybe you are earning millions but if you don't have good health then is that really matter? I have seen many peoples around me who saved their money from day 1 (after they start earning ) for a better lifestyle after their retirement. But guess what most of them didn't long last after a few months or years of their retirement. The thing I have learned from their life is they only focus on earning and saving and they didn't prioritize their health that much. That is the main reason in my opinion. What do you think??

I think its very important to build a habit for spending time every day for something I would call "your little offline island". May it be meditation or any other activity wich bring's calmness to ourselves.
I am much too long in front of a screen with hive, thats not good for the sleep and the eyes. But you know :-) not easy to switch it Off :-)

The morning vibes is very refreshing and gives a different kind of satisfaction. The feeling of that time can't be express in words and it's healthy for us also.
I also try to sleep early as much as I can and wake up early in the morning. Sometimes I can make it and sometimes not.
