I have bought some books from Amazon which are related to cybersecurity and cybercrime, and they tell many stories related to cybercrime, and they also tell about the necessary measures that can be taken to avoid all these things. See, we all leave our digital footprints somewhere or the other in some form or the other. Nowadays, we have to give a lot of information to many applications at any time and even without wanting to, which we might not give otherwise and sometimes we give it unknowingly and sometimes we are forced to do so.

And similarly, many companies exploit these things and use our answers for other purposes. See, our data has become our identity these days, and a lot can be found out from our answers. If you get access to a person's phone or laptop, whatever digital device they use, you can get a lot of information about that particular person - what kind of person they are, what their mentality is, what kind of things they like and what kind of things they dislike, and a lot of other information can be obtained. Nowadays, cyber crimes are happening all around us, and cyber criminals keep updating themselves from time to time and come up with something new. If you eliminate one thing, they immediately come up with something new, and this process continues.

See, all the cyber criminals execute things with a lot of planning because see, this is not something that can be handled by a single person, it involves a very big team, it is often seen that they are small people in which small children are involved who bully on each other or even harm a particular person and although there are different types of cyber crime. But nowadays many types of cyber crimes are being committed online in which money is demanded from you or you are trapped in some way after which money is demanded from you, people come out of it but most of the people keep giving money to the criminals to escape from all these things and when they have no other way out, they end up taking their own lives.

Although nowadays there are many ways through which your data can be stolen but the biggest vulnerability is you yourself. Yes, right now, you are your biggest enemy, and it is often seen that in big cyber frauds committed by hackers, social engineering is also used to some extent, and sometimes the work can be done through social engineering. When I was in college, there was a Kevin Metnik of some big hackers of their time who had hacked many big companies, and then they had their own cybersecurity firm. You might have heard their name if you are related to cybersecurity; if not, then you might be unaware of them. You should search about them once, and you will get a lot of information.

Well, he is not the only such person, there are number of such people all over the world and I have started following some cyber security experts of India and I have started getting a bit curious about how people sleep or how they are caught, I am getting curious about them too, that is why I have ordered some books as well and I hope that this will increase my knowledge and I will get to know a lot of new things, see, when we are not aware of things outside then we are unaware of them and we commit mistakes, if we get to know about things then we slowly start understanding them and then we know what we have to do and what we should not do.
