If you give up a habit or limit its use, you should think about the positive results you'll see. Similarly, you should think about everything. If you're troubled by a bad habit and want to break it, imagine your life after you break it. If you imagine that, and you see a bright future for yourself, then you can easily give up those things and adopt good habits.

You need time to deal with things :

Look, whatever you do, you'll have to pay a price for it. Your time is incredibly valuable. We're not here for eternity. No one knows when we'll leave this world. But we still have an estimated average of 70 to 80 years. If you live that long, it's a significant achievement. I'm almost in my early 30s, and believe me, thinking about how much time has passed, how many years have gone by, sometimes makes me feel sad and worried. I regret the fact that I wasted so much time. Had I utilised that time, perhaps I would be in a different position today. But remember, you can't change the past at all. Just keep making changes to your present, and your future will automatically improve. Everything takes time, and believe me, once you start, time will slip away from your hands like a rat, and you will not even realise that you have become a different kind of person.

For example, if you use your phone while sleeping at night, then you can do this you keep your phone at a little distance from where you sleep and then sleep. This may not be as easy as it seems, but if you try, then everything is possible, and you can replace the phone with something else, like you can read a book or listening to a podcast while sleeping at night and keep your phone away from where the sound reaches your ears.

Nowadays, many people sleep with earphones on at night, and this also has a very negative impact on their hearing. and you should not use earphones so much. Nowadays, I see people everywhere roaming around with earphones in their ears, and it is not that you are completely wrong, but there is a time for everything, and if you do it within a limit, then it is good for you. And the things that disturb you should keep them away from you or keep them out of your sight so that they cannot see you easily. If you can do this then you can focus only on your goal. If you want to do something and your mobile phone or notifications bother you, then you can turn off the internet connection of your phone at that time. You can put your phone on flight mode for some time, and after that you can use it.

See, if you want a change in your life, then for that you will have to bring changes around you and a lot of changes in yourself. If you want your body to be healthy, then you will have to give good food to your body. Your body becomes like what you feed it, and everyone's body is different, so you should eat things accordingly. If you want to keep your body healthy, then you should give rest to the body and also give good nutrients to the body, and everything should be given in the form of a limited diet. If you increase or decrease the quantity of anything, then it also has a huge impact on your body. If you know that you feel discomfort or have some kind of problem after eating any particular thing, then you should avoid it and not harm your body for your temporary pleasure.

There is no Tomorrow :

Often we put off many things, saying that we will see tomorrow or from tomorrow I will do this particular task, but see, tomorrow does not come. If you want to do any work, then start it right away. You must have noticed that almost all the things that you know are important for you, but you keep putting them off. If you continue doing this, then you will probably never be able to do it. If you really want to do something in your life, then you will have to work hard for it and make sacrifices. If you are ready to do this, then do not wait for tomorrow and start doing things from today itself. It can be anything, from the smallest thing to the biggest thing. If you want to do 10 push-ups every day, then start from today itself. Why are you waiting for tomorrow? No one has seen tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes.
