How Leaders Influence Peace, War, and Everyday Life
It's crucial to have a leader around us because they give us direction, and we then follow them if our views align. If you look at the present, there are many famous leaders around the world, and every country has its own highly renowned leaders, whom we call ministers. Some ministers are quite famous, while others are less so. If I were to talk about India, there have been many popular ministers here in the past and will continue to be in the future. Some ministers are mostly famous in their local areas, lacking widespread reach and recognition, but some leaders are renowned worldwide. I have a very simple principle: you shouldn't blindly follow any leader. If a leader you like is found involved in wrongdoing, you shouldn't blindly follow them like a blind follower. Look, if you can't raise your voice against your leaders, then you're probably a coward, and you probably aren't even ashamed to call yourself a coward. Look, sometimes people are forced to say nothing against their leaders, and there are some countries where these things are simply not allowed.

We see that the big leaders are the representatives of the people and they are the ones who make decisions in favour of the people. Look, all the leaders we have in front of us are our own elected people and in a way, we have made them win. If they are doing something wrong, then they are our friend in that too. If they are doing something good, then they are equally responsible for that. So, whenever you elect a leader, you have the power to vote for someone, so you should ensure that you are using your vote correctly, so that you do not regret your vote later.
Look, although all the points matter, I would like to explain some points in a little more detail here: how some leaders decide the future of a country and what all these things affect.
A Good/Bad Leader-:
Look at what a good leader or a great leader is. In my opinion, a good leader takes steps for the people that are in their favour. Whatever decisions they make will be in the public's favour, and whatever they make will be for the benefit of the people, leading to the development of the country or wherever they rule. In my opinion, a worthless leader is someone who thinks only of themselves, doesn't care about the public, and only cares about winning the election and getting into the car. After that, they rule for a few years and amass a wealth of wealth. Look, everyone has some mutual benefit. Whenever a leader stands in an election, they are funded by big businessmen, because there's a hidden benefit for them. If ministers of their calibre come to power, then it benefits them in a way, and they also make a substantial profit. Therefore, it's a form of investment. So, a good public representative works for the welfare of the people and not one who keeps thinking only about himself.

If war will happen, then everyone will suffer -:
Look, it's often seen that when a leader delivers a speech that incites intense anger, it sometimes affects a particular segment of society. Sometimes, this spreads to a much larger scale. If there are riots or fights anywhere in the country, in a state, or in a small town, the entire area, state, or country is affected, and tension prevails everywhere. And if this happens on a larger scale, such as supporting a dialogue in another country for an hour, it becomes something that shouldn't happen. Sometimes, there's no other option but war. There are countless examples of this around the world, and I won't name any; you can research for yourself how many wars start from these small issues and then escalate into huge issues. And in such a situation, the common people and all the citizens of the country have to get involved in all these things on their own and in a way they get involved in all these things on their own.
Nation First -:
See, whenever there is a war at the national level, most people stand with their nation. Yes, there are exceptions here and there, but mostly, it is seen that every person stands with their country and wants their country to win. And many times it has also been seen that when two countries go to war, many things get affected, due to which people stop buying particular goods from that country or the import and export there comes to a halt.
Business -:
Whenever a war occurs, business is the first to be severely impacted. However, some countries carefully plan everything before making decisions. If a war is waged, preparations are made beforehand, and everything is arranged many days in advance. Many factors matter because businesses are the first to be affected. It has often been observed that if a particular country attacks another particular country or causes any harm, people withdraw from business or boycott their goods. This is a very common sentiment. Recently, when the United States imposed tariffs on many countries, which seemed quite substantial, many countries protested against it.

Relationship among countries -:
Look, whenever there's a war between countries or nearby, their relationships become extremely fragile, and even small statements can sometimes create serious problems. Nowadays, the entire world is connected, and it's quite common for you to live in a country or for your neighbours to stay connected through their songs and other things. In the age of social media, everyone follows celebrities from other countries and is inspired by them. But if a war breaks out between two countries and it escalates into a serious conflict, then actors, actresses, and other famous personalities also have to suffer the consequences.
So, the point is that any decision a leader makes has an impact on the entire country, which can be both good and bad. Whatever the decision, it inevitably creates a difference across the country. So whenever you get a chance to choose someone who is not there or you are capable enough to vote, then choose your actor wisely so that you do not regret it later.

This really struck me, especially the part about leaders shaping the future of a nation. Reading your thoughts, I couldn’t help relating it to what’s happening here in Nigeria right now. The idea of “
choosing your leaders wisely hits differently when so many of the people currently in power aren’t even the ones the public truly chose. Elections here have become more about who can manipulate the system than about the actual will of the people, and it’s frustrating watching leaders force themselves in through rigging and then acting like representatives of the people.
And like you said, a good leader works for the welfare of the public, but here, look at the silence surrounding the daily kidnappings, killings, and the growing insecurity. Entire communities are being displaced, and it sometimes feels like we’re left to fend for ourselves while those in charge pretend nothing is happening. When leaders don’t speak, don’t act, and don’t even acknowledge people’s pain, it becomes clear how dangerous bad leadership can be.
Wars and conflicts don’t always start with official declarations; sometimes they begin with neglect, When a government allows fear, anger, and desperation to grow unchecked. That’s the part that worries me most. A nation can’t stand strong when its own citizens don’t feel safe in their homes.
