Everyone in the family loves banana bread especially my brother. I don't like it too sweet either. I like the addition of bitter chocolate and walnut; it becomes tastier. I would like to try making sourdough as it also has good benefits. Looks great, the result is like the one we can buy at the bakery. Thank you for sharing!

Oh, you can make sourdough easily if you have the patience. After you have it active, there's so much you can do, and your recipes will suddenly turn professional, haha.
