Sad to say, that's really the reality of many students in our country. Thankfully, teachers also share their blessings to them; seeing these situations everyday can also affect teachers' emotions. When they asked you about pizza, you were also emotionally affected and just liked a real mother, who wanted to let their children experience the good things in life. I pray someday these students will become successful in life to compensate for what they may lack at present.

Thank you maam for the prayers. Very true. I was sad but i never showed them the feeling. I want them to dream more and inspire them to reach their dreams.
Yes, that's how teachers would really want their students to be... They will be more motivated to aspire for themselves.
Oh, just a thought, what about making something like a bread pizza or pizza toast with them, just with the use of sliced bread, pizza sauce, sliced ham, onions, bell pepper and cheese. Although there's a difference in the crust but at least the taste is already noticeable. 🙂😊
