Losing 60lbs, wow, that was incredible. It was challenging for sure, but you were so determined in achieving your goal. It's also nice that you found the right food to help you in losing weight; it works differently for every person I guess. Making your own food also helps a lot as you know which ingredient is healthy or not. Thank you for sharing your tips!

Thank you for your kind words 🤗 It's very true that each of us has our own path to weight loss if that is our goal. A year ago I was simply counting calories and making almost no progress. Now some days I eat 1000 calories, others I eat 3000- for me it was all in the ingredients!
