RE: From the Street Corner: Shawarma Nation's Tender Meat & Tasty Sauce

I love that quote about shawarma. Love shawarma too though I don't often eat it. I enjoy looking at how they slice the meat and assemble the pieces together. I prefer light spicy sauce.
