Hello #Family&Friends people, how are you? Today I'm going to share with you a little bit of my outing with my sister on my only free day of the week. Well, actually more than a walk we were both first doing some paperwork at the bank and then we went to buy something that I really needed since I've been going to the gym for more than two months. For the latter we went to RedVital which is a chain of pharmacies in my country, Venezuela, although more than a pharmacy is something like a convenience store where you can find everything you need, from medicines and skincare products to food and snacks. I like it a lot because there is always everything you are looking for and at a very good price.

¡Hola Hola gente de #Family&Friends! ¿Cómo están? hoy les voy a compartir un poco de lo que fue mi salida de paseo con mi hermana en mi único día libre de la semana. Bueno, en realidad más que paseo ambas estuvimos primero haciendo algunos tramites en el banco y posteriormente fuimos a comprar algo que yo necesitaba muchísimo ya que desde hace más de dos meses he estado yendo al gimnasio. Para esto último fuimos a RedVital que es una cadena de farmacias de mi pais, Venezuela, aunque más que una farmacia es algo así como una tienda de conveniencia en la que pues encontrar todo lo que necesitas, desde medicinas y productos de skincare hasta comida y snacks. Me gusta mucho porque siempre hay de todo lo que busques y a muy buen precio.

I was specifically looking for a protein supplement that I needed for after my workout, I knew that here I would find it at a good price because the last time I saw it here they had it at 15$ and it was a big surprise because my trainer had sold it to me for 35$ 😱 I understand that he wants to have a profit margin but that was too much. However my surprise was even bigger when I saw in this store that the price had dropped, they now had it at 12.59 $ and obviously this made me very happy 😃

Yo estaba buscando específicamente un suplemento proteico que necesitaba para después de mi entrenamiento, sabía que aquí lo encontraría a buen precio porque la última vez que lo vi aquí lo tenían en 15 $ y fue una gran sorpresa porque mi entrenador me lo había vendido por 35 $ 😱 comprendo que quiera tener un margen de ganancias pero eso fue demasiado. Sin embargo mi sorpresa fue aún mayor cuando vi en esta tienda que el precio había bajado, ahora lo tenían en 12.59 $ y evidentemente esto me hizo muy feliz 😃

The day was rainy so it was cold and to top it off all the places my sister and I were at had the air conditioning on a very low setting, so we didn't feel like taking off our coats.

El día estaba lluvioso así que tenía frío y para colmo todos los lugares donde estábamos mi hermana y yo tenían el aire acondicionado en una muy baja temperatura, así que no teníamos ganas de quitarnos los abrigos.

However in the afternoon when we had already finished the formalities fortunately the weather changed completely, so not only we could do without coats, but also the heat was so intense that it provoked us to go to an ice cream shop, so we went to one called Super Conos in the north of the city. I know from my own experience that the ice cream there is delicious so I wanted to invite my sister to check it out and have a sweet and perfect end to the day.

Sin embargo por la tarde cuando ya habíamos finalizado los trámites afortunadamente el clima cambió por completo, así que no solo pudimos prescindir de los abrigos, sino que además el calor era tan intenso que nos provocó ir a una heladería, así que fuimos a una que se llama Super Conos en el norte de la ciudad. Sé por experiencia propia que los helados allí don deliciosos así que quise invitar a mi hermana a comprobarlo y así tener un cierre del día dulce y perfecto.

The options were very varied: Banana Split, Cones, Sundays and many more with several choices of flavors and toppings, I opted for a Sunday so I asked my sister what she would like and she wanted the same. I think it's the best option because I think it has more quantity of ice cream, and the workers are very generous with the toppings, which are included in the price.

Las opciones eran muy variadas: Banana Split, Conos, Sundays y muchos más con varias opciones de sabores y toppings, yo opté por un Sunday así que le pregunté a mi hermana que querría y ella quiso lo mismo. Creo que es la mejor opción porque creo que tiene más cantidad de helado, y los trabajadores son muy generosos con los topings, los cuales vienen incluidos en el precio.

The ice cream was delicious and it was an excellent option to refresh the day that as I told you, started to warm up after noon, but what my sister and I liked the most was to have spent quality time together, because although we both continue to live together in reality is very little time that we can share because of work and other activities, but during these outings we both have a lot of fun and at the same time we make plans and projects for the future, we talk about what we want to do, and of course there is also a chance for some valuable advice. That's what siblings are for, right? To share love, time, advice and emotions 🤗. It really was a nice day and I was glad to have spent it with my big sister.

El helado estaba delicioso y fue una excelente opción para refrescar el día que como les dije, comenzó a calentarse después del mediodía, pero lo que más nos gustó a mi hermana y a mi fue haber pasado tiempo juntas y de calidad, porque aunque ambas continuamos viviendo juntas en realidad es muy poco tiempo el que podemos compartir por razones de trabajo y otras actividades, pero durante estas salidas ambas nos divertimos mucho y al mismo tiempo armamos planes y proyectos a futuro, conversamos acerca de lo que queremos hacer, y por supuesto que también hay chance para uno que otro valioso consejo. Para eso son los hermanos ¿no? Para compartir cariño, tiempo, consejos y emociones 🤗. De verdad que fue un lindo día y me alegró haberlo pasado con mi hermana mayor.
