Hello, people of the Internet, all right? Today I want to talk to you about two music videos of one of my favourite artists that although they are two different songs, they tell the same story which I like a lot.

He is Yesung from the kpop boy band Super Junior, the last of the second generation (the first generation no longer exists) and they are about to celebrate 20 years of artistic career, they are also the pioneers in having sub units (groups, trios, duos and soloists that do not include the whole group) of these soloists, Yesung is one of them and his final purpose in making his own music was not to make kpop but less commercial and more sensitive music and although in the beginning he was forced to make kpop due to the lack of faith of his company, nowadays he is already working in the genres he wants Aesthetic, jazz, alternative rock, etc.
El es Yesung de la boy band de kpop Super Junior, los últimos de la segunda generación (la primera ya no existe) y están por cumplir los 20 años de carrera artistica, además son los pioneros en tener sub unidades (agrupaciones, trios, duos y solistas que no precisamente incluyen a todo el grupo) de estos solistas, Yesung es uno de ellos y su propósito final al hacer su propia música era no hacer kpop sino música menos comercial y más sensitiva y si bien en un inicio se vio obligado a hacer kpop debido a la falta de fé de su compañia, hoy día ya trabaja en los géneros que quiere género Aesthetic, jazz, rock alternativo etc.

We are not only talking about a genre that is not seen in an idol and that is so sublime and beautiful, but also the musical composition was in his charge despite not being a musician and Michael Jackson is a great inspiration for him and Yesung composes music in the same way the King of Pop did.... humming melodies and choosing the instruments he wanted for his composition, and even though he doesn't play any instrument, he knows about music, reading scores and all that he learned in his years as a trainee (idol apprentice).
No solo hablamos de un género que no se ve en un idol y que además es tan sublime y hermoso, sino que también la composición musical estuvo a su cargo pese a no ser músico y es que Michael Jackson es una gran inspiración para él y Yesung compone música de la misma forma que lo hacía el rey del pop... tarareando melodías y eligiendo instrumentos que quería para su composición además que si bien no ejecuta ningún instrumento sabe de música, leer partituras y todo eso que aprendió en sus años de trainee (aprendíz de idol)

Yesung is a writer who is looking for inspiration for his new book in a coffee shop in Prague, on the way, he falls in love with a pretty girl, but without further ado he continues on his way, however, when he arrives at his destination, he realises that the waitress and barista who serves him is the same beautiful girl he came across before, from that encounter their love story begins, However, at the end of the video we realise that all those romantic moments are a product of Yesung's imagination and that in reality his cush and he have not yet crossed words but it gave him the inspiration to write, when he finishes he scribbles a note that he leaves to the girl on the table next to her empty cup, she looks disappointed that he is leaving but she sees the note and the story is open, so we move on to the next video and a new song. .. If You
La historia también resulta interesante (que tiene que ver con la letra que es muy bonita) Yesung es un escritor que busca inspiración de su nuevo libro en una cafetería de Praga, de camino, queda flechado por una linda chica, pero sin más continúa su camino, sin embargo, cuando llega a su destino, se da cuenta que lamesera y barista que le atiende es la misma chica guapa que se cruzó antes, desde ese encuentro empieza su historia de amor, si embargo, alfinal del video nos damos cuenta qu todos esos momentos romanticos son producto de la imaginación de Yesung y que en realidad su cush y él aún no han cruzado palabra pero le dio la inspiración para escribir, al terminar garabatea una nota que le deja a la chica en lamesa junto a su taza vacía, ella se ve desilucionada de que el se marche pero ve la nota y la historia queda abierta, asi que pasamos al siguiente video y una nueva canción... En If You vemos que la chica va caminando por la calle leyendo la nota que Yesung le dejo el día anterior, él por su parte desayuna y sale también a lo que parece un inexorable encuentro y cuando estan juntos en elmismo lugar que previamente Yesung se había imaginado bailando con ella en el video anterior, sabemos que la nota de Yesung era una confesión de amor y dado al gesto de la chica intuimos que ella está complacida y que muy probablemte se harán novios
What I like most about both videos, besides the songs themselves, is the location and the cinematography. Usually for kpop videos a lot of CGI and studios are used, however Yesung likes something more fresh and natural and that's why most of his videos have real locations, choosing this time Prague, as he likes Europe very much. The composition of the scenes and the transitions are very well done as well as the colour scheme and palette, the lighting also plays an important role, there is a lot of light even in the night scene as Yesung wants to convey the purity of a true love at first sight.
Lo que más me gusta de ambos videos además de las canciones en sí, eslalocación y la foografía. Usualmente para los videos de kpop se sueleusar mucho CGI y estudios de grabación, sin embargo a Yesung le gusta algo más fresco y natural y e por eso que la mayoría de sus videos cuentan con locaciones reales, eligiendo esta vez Praga, ya que le gusta mucho europa. La composición de las escenas y las trancisiones estan muy bien hechas además del esquema y paleta de colores, la iluminación también juega un papel importante, hay mucha luz incluso en la escena nocturna ya que Yesung quiere transmitir la pureza de un amor verdadero y a primera vista

Que bonita historia de amor se cuenta a traves de estos dos videos, me gusto que continuara la historia en el segundo video musical 😍 siempre me fascino como el K-Pop hace esos videos musicales tan llamativos, pero a veces lo simple y natural resulta ser mas cautivador que tanto CGI, hermosos ambos videos 😍
