WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU NEED MOTIVATION

Hello everyone your welcome to my blog today 😊.

A lot life problems comes and most it comes at the point when we least expect it ,death , sickness, family and personal life matters and our career and so many others. Most times we need motivation and you need to run to someone to motivate you and keep you going.

So this brings us to this week's prompt (WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU NEED MOTIVATION) There are many times when we need motivation to continue in life and for some of us we have alot of things or people that motivate us in times when we are down.

Well there are alot of things that I do when I feel down and need to be motivated ,I listen to music most times in or I listen to a motivational podcast, or I talk to my loved one or people that I'm accountable to like my mom and dad and elder siblings who are more experienced in life than me , and they are always my major support system. When ever I'm down and I appreciate them alot.

I also endevour to learn something new when I feel like I need motivation in my life, it helps me feel good about myself and feel useful and it help me stay focused and builds up my motivation.

I also lean on my circle in of friends in times like this because there are friends who stick closer than family and be this set of friends encourage us and help us during this time to stand on our feet in our hard times they mourn with us, and hold our hand during the hard times and encourage us to stand strong and never give up.
