First of all we need to realize the fact that children and special gifts from God and they are given to parents home in return are supposed to train them well impact good morals in them give them good education bring them up and the way of God train them to provide and just.

Since the month of August our kids have been on long vacation and they been home with their parents and warden, what have our future leaders been exposed to during this period of their long vacation. Did we enroll them in Summer lessons or we just keep them at home to watch TV and play around.

Well we organised a summer class for nursery, primary and secondary school students in my village to keep the children engaged this summer.

Parents of these days really need to adopt the method which our parents used to train us back then in the 80s because in my own language parents who don't pay attention to their kids who focus more on their career their life their marriage and leave their children at the mercy of nannies and house helps and private tutors to help them out.

Our children hold the future of this country whatever the teaching them whatever we abide in them whatever we do and they learn from us because our actions speaks louder than words most times children do what they see you do not even what they hear you say. So we encourage parents to act right be responsible standards role models for their children make their children look up to them in trying times make their children to be able to open up to them talk to their parents and advise them with motherly and fatherly love.

The first step to helping our children to become the leaders of tomorrow is giving them quality education. Is proving children to a higher level of education with good teachers would help make them turn out better in the future the lane well and they understand they don't go to schools that don't have the basic and limit is under are not conducive for learning providing good education for children all over the world is not just a duty of the parents on their own little of both the parents and the government the government should provide good education.

Parents should do family planning to be able to give birth to children that they can train in school sometimes you come to a family and you have like 6 children if you look at the parents to both of them involved you see that they are not financially stable to be able to train this eight children they might decide to pick up two people and train them in school and sacrifice the others and this is how they would just go about and never result to anything good so after the first points been education before you venture into childbearing after marriage you should make sure you are finished able to give this child everything he or she requires to turn out good and be helpful in their society.

Then teaching them good morals comes to play teaching children to be honest to be truthful to be content and to have integrity would help them stand out in the in the country it will also influence their decision-making with their personal life and life in general.

Children are leaders of tomorrow parents should always be positive towards their children parents should always pay attention to their children train up your daughter to be responsible and dignified women train up your sons to be responsible and men that know how to treat their fellow men right children right and the women that they would eventually get married to right whatever example that you display in your marriage and what this children will see and pick it up.

So in general making children the leaders of tomorrow and not basically on the shoulders of the parents alone the whole nation is evolved the government is involved because they have to provide basic amenities for this children that is why you say most influential people send their children outside to study in their universities because they believe that they educational system out there is much better than what we have in the country here thereby they want their children by own means to be the best they can be so we as parents should also encourage our children to be the best we can be by giving them the best of everything in life the best of education the best of parental love the best of guidance the best of counseling the best of our love and our care in this way they will definitely turn out to be the best and would make us proud.

And a word to the government please in rural areas infrastructures are needed to set up schools for children who are willing to go to school but to not really have the fun they needed so please I employed the government to look into this and help out for the betterment of our future.
