MY DAILY RITUALS FOR WELLBEING

What are your daily rituals.
There are a lot of things we do on daily basis to enable us have a good day and I will call them our daily rituals or our daily habits .from the moment you wake up in the morning till you go for work and come back at the end of the day all your activities all lead up your daily rituals in a day to ensure your wellbeing .
Starting of with waking up every morning what are the first few things you do, for most of us its just our alarms going of for those who are punctual with time and then activities like (cooking ,sweeping ,doing school runs ) comes in mostly for married couples.
Personal hygiene our personal hygiene must be included in our daily routine so as to remain fresh and smelled good all day long ,our personal hygiene includes bathing , brushing our teeth and applying skin care products before and after shower for those who are into skincare, apply your perfumes and deodorant to smell fresh all day long.
Food and meal plans taking proper time out to plan our meals for the day to ensure we apply proper dieting and eat healthy and at the right time to maintain good health and wellbeing .
Exercise this is very important in our daily routine as exercise is very important because it keeps the body active and improves blood flow and also gives weight to the body to develop and strengthen body fitness.
Skin care routine for someone who is into skincare like most ladies are we always have our morning and night routine and as part of my daily ritual I must do my morning routine before heading out for the day.
Meditation a moment of reflection and prayers as you being your day ,and also a moment to plan our your schedule for the day to help you work smarter with less stress.
Work routine most people are officer workers and have to be at work by 8 to 4pm everyday and they is always a target to meet everyday ,strategic planning will help you move through the day and accomplish all your tasks on time and effectively.
Planning and time management time management matters a lot because if your working with an organization that requires you to be at work by 8am and your yet to get there before 8am its going to affect your reputation at your work place and as well as disrupt your day.
To conclude benefits of following your daily ritual is you have a stressful day without unnecessary interruptions and stress.
