Emotions what comes to your mind when you hear the word emotions .
Let's get to know what emotional health means.

Emotional health shows how human being is able to understand and express emotions in different situations.

Emotions are simply how we react to situations happening around us.

There are different types of emotions we should feel and they are fear , happiness, sadness and anger.
Happiness are the emotions we express where are with good people or have good things working for us we also express happiness in our friendship and relationships if we have a good and healthy relationship or friendship going on, we express happiness with family and people who are not family but are there with us in our best moments, people who smile with us and we are happy. many people express happiness in so many ways like gifting ,words of affirmation and encouragement.

Fear comes when we are stressed about something bad happening life. Fear comes when we uncertain about people, about friendships ,about family and about relationship and we are always in constant fear and looking over our heads to be sure if we are making the right or wrong decision.
Anger anger can be described as a feeling of annoyance and vengeance towards an action taking against us or towards someone who has gone against us in one way of the other .Eg betrayals.

Sadness comes when we are really down where we are hurt by people who are close to us then we are betrayed and heart broken. sadness crips in and slowly takes over us if care is not taken. This also affect us generally.

Speaking from someone who has been emotionally down that is not the best feeling you would want to have , but all the same emotions are a roller coaster there are so many ups and downs and most times you experience most of the downs. We should all learn to control our emotions well.

In our daily life will encounter a lot of things, we encounter a lot of people so many people are struggling with so many emotional issues ,some are happy ,some are in fear, while some are scared and some are angry.
Most people out there are usually affected by fear of not being able to get financial stability ,some feel lonely, some attach their emotions to people in their life and when these people work out on them they find it hard to get it back together and get on track for most of the ladies and get me on this.
dealing with emotions in their relationships and friendships and it can be tough most of the time it is tough because women are emotional beings we attach emotionally to men easily and when you do this. You give this person the control over your emotions which is good and in a way and not good because people change and even if they decide to end whatever it is that is going on and move on with their life ,its going to take you a long while to find happiness again. okay I think women can relate to this.

So I in order to learn how to control our emotions either in anger ,happiness, fear or sadness your emotional health matters so much for you to be seen and so you can face life squarely.

And while at it find activities that make you happy and engage in them.
