BRUISED 🤕 (PHYSICAL ABUSE)

As a girl I have always hated one thing being verbally abused or physical abuse .My parents were never one to shout at us but they will punish you in their own way.
Threat's and physical or emotional abuse can come from anyone at any point in time and most people don't handle it well.
For me personally I had my experience during my days in university and I was in a toxic and abusive relationship. Starting up it was going very well for some months before I graduated.
So so after sometime it's all began to go bad he started smoking drinking and anytime he gets angry you pours out the aggression on me the first time it happened it was a terrible experience I had my head hit on the towels my mouth punched and my lips bleeding I felt humiliated, threatened and emotionally abused but I stayed and endured because I love this guy.
It happened to the second time that was a little bit more intense than the first and it was more like I was getting used to it and I believe he would change a bit of me kept on dying emotionally anytime laid his hands on me I begin to get scared at every little thing got me frightened.
Then the last time it happened I was almost stabbed within life because of a simple conversation at that point I was no longer scared I just wanted to fight for my life and be able to get out alive knife to knife battle and I had to overcome by fear and walk away at that point all through for some months that I felt abused physically mentally emotionally psychologically after working out free I felt stronger and happier.
So this is me sharing my story about how I was physically abused verbally abused emotionally abused and I made the bold decision to leave and find my happiness.
It is never a good thing to get abused by anyone or threatened he kills yourself esteem and I hope we all love each other more and keep our hate aside.
