A DAY TO REMEMBER ♥️♥️

This topic a day that still makes you smile actually brought smiles to my face.😊😊
So my experience in school then Abia state university ,was in 400 level student of public health and we started our project proposal 400 level second semester it wasn't funny at all from so many corrections to changing of topic to supervisors frustration to some lecturers having personal beef with your project supervisor oh my god I was frustrated and tired.
So I managed to round up with my project proposal then I was tentatively cleared and I had to go to a particular lecturer whose name I wouldn't mention her this woman literally made me come to school by 6:30 to snap myself in front of the whole department just so that she would know that you are the first person that came to school before she will attend to you ,not to speak of the money that you will still pay for her to attend to you and all through the stress of that I lost hope oh .
Then it came down to the new HOD that joined the department and we had to print about 368 questionaires after printing the questionaire it would filled out according to the population size in your project work then after that you will take this questionaire to this so called lecturer whom I mentioned earlier and she will tell you to count this questionnaire in front of her and this one you don't do it with bedroom voice 🤣you must shout oh so that this woman will hear you very well .If she does not hear you will start from the beginning even if your questionaire is 1000🤣 you can only imagine. So after this process of counting questionnaires and being properly cleared and declared fit to defend your project.

So after this process that you have been cleared you would have to bring three copies of your work and submit to the departmental secretary and pay a sum of 10,000 and pen down your name among people who are to defend then go ahead and do your studies and prepare for your defense. So after this stage a smile came to my face just a little so I started to study very well for my defense.

And on the day of the defense I came to school early and according to the list the surnames were called out in alphabetically and my surname is OJI and there happened to be that somebody else was also answering OJI wisdom and the person was in a higher level than I was, so I didn't hear them call my name while I was going through my work,because the OJI and I thought it was the OJI wisdom so I stayed back and the guy you went in to do his defense so when he was done I was still waiting for them to call my name. They passed my name and went on to others so I was still waiting for my name to be called and it was getting late before I realize what happened the external invigilator was already in a hurry to leave so I had to beg my roommate then because she was in good terms with the departmental secretary and we went to the secretary and begged him told us that there was nothing that he could do at that point I didn't even know what to say again I was about leaving the department because I had already changed to my normal house wear that I went to school with.
When they called me from upstairs Bethel ,Bethel, Bethel come up they say you should come and defend , guys I run like a mad woman changing my uniform putting one leg in the skirt and putting one leg in the trouser ,too much drama 🤣 and I ran into the office and the external invigilator just looked at me and asked where have you been and I told her ma they skipped my name because they were two of us answering OJI and she collected my work and flipped through it and asked who printed this work for you so I told her that I printed the work at a cyber cafe close to our department and she said it wasn't clear and I explained that the machines ink finished when he was trying to print my work .
She looked through the work and asked me how many local government areas are in okigwe imo state and at that point I wasn't even organized to know how many I just told her 14 to she said I should mention them I mention the few I know and she said no that I'm lying she called our departmental secretary the man was my savior that day so he came and she asked him how many local government areas are in okigwe he said 14 and he also mentioned them for me and that was how she looked up at me and said you can go you passed finally 🎉🎉.

Then 2 weeks after that a post came up in our class group chat they said that everybody that defended are going to defend again and that a list was coming out I was so scared because I was the last person that defended and I wasn't so proud of it. So when did it came out and I saw other people's name they were asked to start all over like from the beginning and people got their topics change at that point and my name was not there I was in happiest person on earth that day. If happiness was a person it was definitely me ,that day I smiled ,I laughed, I danced. So till this day anytime I remember all the temptations and trials I went through all in the name of project defense and I passed with a B in a 6 unit course.My joy over flows.
Thanks to hive community reminding me of this wonderful experience it was so glad to remember it today smile while heartedly.
