A DAY I WILL NOT FORGET IN A HURRY

Hello everyone your welcome to my blog today 😔.

My experience happened while I was in my 200 level in university Abia state university to be precised. On a very good day I traveled back home to see my mom over the weekend because it's been a while that I've been home and that day my power bank got spoiled and mom give me money to replace it because power bank in school especially schools that don't have lights in their lodges and you don't stay in the hostel.

So I traveled on a Friday and on a Sunday I came back to school with my power bank on my phone intact and my earbuds that I bought newly together with the power bank , and I attended my lectures then got ready for drama rehearsals for a church program coming up it was supposed to be an all night program then that's night I went to school I entered school late around 10:00 pm.

So around this time that I was about entering school i remembered that one members said to come pick her up and it was late for her to come out alone so we went back to pick her up ,and when we returned we begged the security men and told them that we had drama that was supposed to hold in the next 2 days and the let us in.

If we knew what was coming up next we wouldn't have gone into school that day we would have come back to our houses , when will cut into school and kicked off the drama rehearsal everything went well till morning I 6:00 a.m. we were done and already to return to our various lodges it was still a little bit dark but there were a lot of us so we decided to all work back home together.

I was going with a friend whose name I wouldn't disclose her , A male friend and we were walking with about 10 other people. We got to a particular junction that had the diversion of two roads we took the right part and the others took the left. Then on the right path why we were walking down a hand touched my shoulders and I turned only to see a man in a hooded sweater staring down at me with a knife raised over my head.

So I screamed and he pushed me down to the ground one of them attacked my friend I started chasing him I was on the ground and he told me to hand over my phone my back everything I had to know then he wanted to have his way with me because he said that I saw his face I pleaded for my life I told God if only I knew I wouldn't have gone for this rehearsal at all I would have just stayed back at home I said my last prayers and close my eyes to impress the cold hands of death and when I opened my eyes I was all alone in the darkness with nobody near me the guy is left me and all thanks to God I was not rapped.

My friend was badly injured his mouth was bleeding he couldn't speak he was a very very terrible experience I lost my phone he lost his phone we all lost our gadgets and everything we had on us I felt it from the start that something was off but yet I went ahead with it. Early on the previous day while I was at home mom didn't want me to return but I insisted and came because of the engagement I had with my drama team and something else happened when I left my lodge that night heading to the school I was stopped at the school gate by the security men who said they a robbery going on in school that we should all return to our lodge but we all pleaded to be let in and that was the beginning of the problem.
That's we were not killed .

This is a true definition of an unforgettable experience.An experience I never wish for anybody to experience.
