That is, our heart plays a very important role in breathing. In that case, if we want to keep ourselves healthy, then we must keep our heart healthy. Otherwise, serious diseases like heart attack will catch us and end our life.

We must eat all the foods that contain green and yellow vegetables. Because green vegetables contain antioxidants and we must eat seed-like foods. Eating green vegetables will fulfill the vitamin deficiency in our body and make the body strong.

In addition, we must eat all the foods that increase blood flow in our body. We must remember that food keeps our life healthy and that food can disrupt our digestive system. In that case, we must be careful when eating food and eat a balanced diet.

Sometimes we eat oily food. If you want to keep your heart healthy, you must avoid oily food. Along with oily food, you must avoid alcohol and cigarette products. Cigarettes obstruct the blood flow through our body through nicotine. They increase blood particles, which results in disruption of blood circulation through the veins. In that case, of course we should quit smoking. It is a very good idea for our heart to quit smoking as soon as we can.

The symptoms of a heart attack increase more when we worry. In the course of human life, we have to deal with different people and different situations at different times. When a bad situation attacks us, we get frustrated and our heart's blood circulation increases. At one point, the heart fails to circulate enough blood and due to excessive mental stress, we get a heart attack. The matter is very serious. So if we want to be healthy, we must avoid excessive worry and live a beautiful life.

To keep the heart healthy, we must exercise regularly. To eat a balanced diet and control weight, we must exercise regularly. If a person wakes up early in the morning and exercises regularly, their body weight will be under control. Due to weight control, he can build immunity and he does not have any problems.
