Don't run after success, walk on the path of skill.

How are you all? I hope you are well. Your mind must be a little thoughtful today. In fact, our life is like this, sometimes it is very busy, sometimes it is silent, like drowning in yourself. Friends, the words that I am writing today are not learned from any book, not the words of a big speaker; these are some thoughts that have emerged from my own life experience, the reality I have seen. Which I am presenting to you.

We all want to be successful in some way or another. Some want it quickly, some want it on a large scale, and some just want to appear successful in the eyes of others. But in the pursuit of this success, we often forget a very important thing: making ourselves skilled. A saying by Albert Einstein keeps making me think, instead of trying to be successful, try to be skilled. Success will come that way. Actually, it sounds easy to hear, but inside its depth is much deeper.

I have seen myself that those who only think about success often become restless. They want results quickly; patience seems boring to them. But those who learn their work with attention, who want to fix their inner weaknesses, move forward silently. Even if their footsteps are not very loud, the path is strong and steady.

So always remember one thing, skill does not mean just doing a job well. Skill means learning to admit your mistakes and discovering something new. Trying to be a little better every day. When I focus on my work properly, then there will be no need to compare myself with others, which will be good in itself. Then you will feel that what you did today is at least a little better than yesterday; this feeling is the real peace in your life.

Many times, we think that everything will be fine when success comes. But the truth is, success alone cannot change anything if there is no preparation inside. If there is no skill, success also becomes a fear. And if there is skill, success does not have to be called separately; it comes and knocks on the door itself.

So this small existence has taught me, going slowly isn't a weak spot. Paying a little interest in your work each day, studying a little, enhancing a touch, these small actions make a big difference in the future. Maybe no person will name me a success, but I will recognise that I am geared up.

Today, I remind myself over and over that I will no longer run to achieve success, but I will stroll to be professional. Because I trust that learning is completed through taking walks and through studying, success will come to you someday.
