In my previous post, I shared some benefits of eye exercises, and promised to share some eye exercises you can do at your own comfort.
Well, without further delay, let's get to it
20-20-20 ๐๐ช๐ก๐: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce digital eye strain.
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐ฃ๐: Roll your eyes in a circular motion, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, to improve flexibility and blood flow.

- ๐๐ค๐๐ช๐จ ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐: Hold a pen at armโs length, focus on it, then slowly bring it closer to your nose. Repeat several times to strengthen focus.
