My sexy painting today

I doodled using the prompt mountain spirit, inspired from the Japanese folklore Yuki-onna which roughly translates to Snow Woman high up in the mountains. I did thought of making mountains but ended up with giant rocks and rolled with it.

With some inserts for practicing composition using foreground, midtones and background, it's not an overt feature for this piece but it's there. I was also testing out brushes. I know I could further improve on the smaller details here and there but it's a doodle where there's supposed to be less pressure.

Not sure if I mentioned this before but I'm using a new app called iArtbook which is like a free version of Proceate. It has most of the features of procreate but with ads. Not a paid endorsement but this app is much better than Ibis Paint and even has a time lapse recording feature for doing shorts for Tiktok and Youtube.

Still trying to find a style that suits me. I didn't bother for a screenshot on the WIP since this was done in one session.
