Sizin Baktıklarınız Size Bakanlar (What You Look At, They Look at You) Sanat Sergisi / Art Exhibition (Tr-Eng)

Nasılsınız? Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Bugün sizinle daha önceden binasında bulunduğum fakat tamamıyla değişen bir sergiye götürmek istiyorum.

Yaşar Kemal Tiyatrosu'nun bulunduğu binanın hemen yanında bulunan Oğuz Aral Sanat Galerisi tek katlı ve sergiler için kullanılıyor. Bence bu durum harika çünkü çocukluğumdan beri resim dersime giren hocamın resimlerini tekrar görme şansı bulduğum oluyor ki kendisinin tarzını pek bir severim.

Sizin Baktıklarınız Size Bakanlar isimli bu sergi birçok ressam ile birlikte iki özel çocuğumuzun resimlerini kapsıyor. Ne yalan söyleyeyim işte görmek istediğim yaklaşımlardan birisi bu. Özellikle de kapakta görmüş olduğunuz salonun tam ortasında bulunan Türkiye haritasını ayrı bir sevdim.

Oldukça bilgilendirici bu harita sergi salonuna giriş yaptığınızda gözünüze çarpan ilk şey oluyor. Bu haritayı dikkatli bir şekilde inceledikten sonra ki bazı detaylar görebileceğiniz gibi üzerine yerleştirildiği için oldukça dikkat çekiciydi, salonun kapısının sağ tarafından turuma başladım.

Biraz da bilgilendirme yapsam iyi olacak sanırım. Bu sergi anladığım kadarıyla yukarıda bilgilerini gördüğünüz sanat platformuna ait. Bir de orada duran ressamların konuşmalarına kulak misafiri olduğum kadarıyla bu sayfaya Messenger üzerinden eserinizin fotoğrafını mesaj olarak gönderiyorsunuz bilgileriniz ile birlikte ve eğer onlar isterlerse seçiliyorsunuz.

Karşıma Silivri'yi sevme sebeplerimden biri olan Atatürk sevgisini bir kere daha gördüm ki Atatürk bu salonun hiçbir sergisinden eksik olmuyor. Sanırım bazı şeyler bazı yönetimlerin inadına yapılıyor 😂

Bu fırça darbelerinin tarzının ismini bilmesem de favorim olmadığını biliyorum. Ama aynı zamanda da Atatürk ve renkler olunca pek bir gözüme hoş göründü bu yağlı boya tablosu.

Genelde serginin dizilimini bu şekilde yapmışlar. İki tablonun arasına oldukça detaylı ve güzel bir şekilde çizilmiş bir portre. Bazı yüzler tanıdık geldi desem yalan söylemiş olmam çünkü sorumun cevabına göre ressamlar resmini yaptıkları bu kişilerin bazılarının halktan olduğunu söylediler.

Bu üçlü içerisinde gözüme çarpan bir tablo oldu. Ressam sanki içinizdeki karmaşıklığı almış ve tabloya olduğu gibi renklendirmiş sanki.

Şükran Hanım gerçekten harika bir iş çıkarmış.

Baktığınızda bu şehrin neresi olduğunu anlayabildiniz mi? Buradan bakınca anlaşılmadıysa bir tane de yakın çekim ekleyeyim sizin için.

Bu parça başlangıçta karmaşık göründü gözüme. Sonra detaylara bakınca tam olarak neresi olduğunu çıkarabildim. Burası İstanbul, tarihi yarımada. Biraz daha göz gezdirince, bu kadar zor olmasının gözlüğümü takmamış olmamla tabii ki bir alâkâsı yok 😁, beyaz gölgeler gördüm. Ve bu gölgelerin bazıları Yunan alfabesi ile yazılmış.. Aslında bazılarına oldukça sıkıntı verebilecek bir tablo olmuş. Benim hoşuma gitti bir yandan.

Başka bir İstanbul daha.

Sanırım bu köşeyi İstanbul için ayırmışlar. Bence güzel görünüyor. Renk kombinasyonu, daha doğrusu açık tonlar ve koyu tonlar kombinasyonunu beğendim.

Bu tabloya yorum yapma ihtiyacı bile hissetmiyorum ki şahsen bunun ne anlam ifade ettiğini herkes kendisine göre karar vermeli diye düşünüyorum fakat bazı noktalarda çoğunluk ortak noktaya varabildiğinde yaşanabilecek bir şeyin yaşandığını da düşünüyorum bu tablo ile birlikte. Daha önce sanatla veya sporla ilgilenmiş herkesin bana bu duyguyu anlatabileceğine inanıyorum.

Ve sıra geldi özel çocuklarımıza.

Namkook ve Engin'in harika işlerine bir göz gezdirir misiniz? Ben kendi favorilerimi hemen aşağıya ekliyorum. Ama bir yandan da keşke Namkook'un daha fazla eserini görebilseydik.

Başka bir harika daha. Türk bayrakları ile birlikte ne de güzel duruyor Atam.

Tamamdır. Şimdi bence bu eser tam anlamıyla ilkelliğin bazı şartlar altındaki güzelliği. Bilmiyorum. Bu tablo hakkında çok karmaşık düşüncelerim var ve toparlayamıyorum ama otantikliği kesinlikle tartışmaya açık değil benim tarafımca.

Kırmızın üstünlüğünü kabul eden bu tablonun da aslında derin anlamı canımı yakmadı değil. Sanki ressamın acısını, fırça darbelerindeki bıçak etkisi gözümün önündeydi ki hâlâ da öyle.

Diğer parçalardan oldukça farklı görünüyor değil mi? Bence biraz fazla parıltılı fakat kullanılan mavi renk ayrı bir güzel. En büyük aşkımın (üzgünüm Nabi) farklı bir tablosu sonuçta.

Şimdi sırada ise bence, Atatürk tablolarını bir kenara koyarak, serginin yıldızı var.

Bir tarihçi olarak özellikle ilgimi çekti diğerleri arasında. Hem renkler bu doku için seçilmiş gibi hem de konu. Alttaki künyede ise bu tablonun satılık olmadığı bildiriliyor.

Evet. Bir gezinin daha sonuna geldik dostlar. Bana duygusal olarak oldukça inişler ve çıkışlar yaşatan bir sergi oldu. Çok da beğendim. Bir sonraki sergisinde eminim sizi onlarla bir kere daha buluşturacağım.

How are you all doing? I hope you are well or trying to be well. Today I would like to take you to an exhibition that I was once in the building but it has completely changed.

Oğuz Aral Art Gallery, which is located right next to the building where Yaşar Kemal Theatre is located, has one floor and is used for exhibitions. I think this is great because I have the chance to see the paintings of my teacher, who has been in my painting class since my childhood, and I really like his style.

This exhibition titled "Sizin Baktıklarınız Size Bakanlar (What You Look At, They Look at You)" includes the paintings of two special children together with many artists. To tell the truth, this is one of the approaches I would like to see. I especially liked the map of Turkiye in the centre of the hall, which you can see on the thumbnail.

This very informative map is the first thing that catches your eye when you enter the exhibition hall. After carefully examining this map, which was quite remarkable because some details were placed on it as you can see, I started my tour from the right side of the door of the hall.

I think I'd better give some information. As far as I understand, this exhibition belongs to the art platform you see above. And as far as I overheard the painters standing there talking, you send a photo of your work as a message to this page via Messenger with your details and if they want you, you are selected.

I once again saw the love of Atatürk, which is one of the reasons why I love Silivri, that Atatürk is not missing from any exhibition in this hall. I guess some things are done out of spite of some administrations 😂

Although I don't know the name of the style of these brush strokes, I know that it is not my favourite. But at the same time, Atatürk and the colours made this oil painting very pleasing to my eyes.

This is how they usually arrange the exhibition. A very detailed and beautifully drawn portrait between two paintings. I wouldn't be lying if I said that some of the faces looked familiar because, according to the answer to my question, the painters said that some of these people they painted were from the public.

Among this trio, there was one painting that caught my eye. It is as if the painter has taken the complexity inside you and coloured it as it is.

Mrs Şükran has really done a great job.

Can you recognise where this city is when you look at it? If you can't tell from here, let me add a close-up for you.

This piece looked complicated at first. Then, when I looked at the details, I realised exactly where it was. This is Istanbul, the historical peninsula. When I looked a little more, and of course it has nothing to do with the fact that I wasn't wearing my glasses 😁, I saw white shadows. And some of these shadows are written in the Greek alphabet. Actually, it's a painting that can be quite troublesome for some people. I liked it, though.

I think they reserved this corner for Istanbul. I think it looks good. I like the colour combination, or rather the combination of light tones and dark tones.

I don't even feel the need to comment on this painting, I personally think that everyone should decide for themselves what it means, but I also think that something that can be experienced when the majority can reach a common point on some points is experienced with this painting. I believe that anyone who has ever been interested in art or sports can tell me this feeling.

And now it's the turn of our special children.

Would you take a look at Namkook and Engin's wonderful works? I'm adding my favourites right below, but on the other hand, I wish we could see more of Namkook's work.

Another marvellous one. How beautiful it looks with the Turkish flags, Atam.

All right. Okay. Now, I think this work is the beauty of primitivism under certain conditions. I don't know. I have very complex thoughts about this painting, and I can't put it together, but its authenticity is absolutely not open to discussion on my side.

The deep meaning of this painting, which recognises the supremacy of red, actually hurts me. It was as if the pain of the painter and the stabbing effect of his brush strokes were in front of my eyes, and they still are.

It looks quite different from the other pieces, doesn't it? I think it's a bit too shiny, but the blue colour is beautiful. It's a different painting of my greatest love (sorry, Nabi).

And now, I think the star of the show is leaving the Atatürk paintings aside.

As a historian, I was particularly interested among the others. Both the colours seem to have been chosen for this texture and the subject. The colophon at the bottom states that this painting is not for sale.

Yeah. We have come to the end of another trip, friends. It was an exhibition that gave me emotional ups and downs. I liked it very much. I am sure I will introduce you to them once again in the next exhibition.
