Enjoy with me this sunrise in Playa d'en Bossa : MONOMAD Challenge

How not to stop practicing in front of such majesty.

I was doing Yoga that day, about a week ago.

Today in the #monomad challenge, I bring you this sunrise so faint that it almost looked black and white in person.

I had woken up around 5:45 am to enjoy the sunrise while doing my practice, but as I was doing it, I realized that due to clouds and some unsharpness in the atmosphere, I wouldn't be able to see the sun.

Although I assumed I would not see it with my physical eyes, I set out to feel its energy and with it, the vibe of that new day that was caressing the coast of Ibiza.

I did some pranayamas, that is, some breathing techniques with air retention inside the body and outside, and then I started with my Sun Salutations.

Disfruta conmigo este amanecer en Playa d’en Bossa | MONOMAD Challenge

Cómo no detener la práctica ante semejante majestuosidad.

Estaba haciendo Yoga aquel día, hace una semana atrás aproximadamente.

Hoy en el #monomad challenge, les acerco este amanecer tan tenue que casi se vio blanco y negro en persona.

Me había despertado sobre las 5:45 am para disfrutar del amanecer mientras hacía mi práctica, pero mientras la realizaba, me di cuenta que debido a las nubes y a algo de falta de nitidez en la atmósfera, no podría ver el sol.

Aunque asumí que no lo vería con mis ojos físicos, me dispuse a sentir su energía y con ella, la vibra de ese nuevo día que estaba acariciando la costa de Ibiza.

Hice unos pranayamas, es decir, unas técnicas de respiración con retención del aire dentro del cuerpo y fuera, y luego empecé con mis Saludos al Sol.

I was concentrating with my eyes closed, when in a moment I opened them to position myself in front of the mat and then I saw it.

The sun was peeking through the clouds that didn't even have a defined edge, but there it was gently appearing.

Usually the sunrise is orange, warm but not invasive, it greets with strength but it is also waking up.

Estaba concentrada con los ojos cerrados, cuando en un momento los abrí para posicionarme frente a la colchoneta y entonces lo vi.

El sol se asomaba por entre las nubes que ni siquiera tenían un borde definido, pero ahí estaba apareciendo con suavidad.

Generalmente els amaneceres es anaranjado, cálido pero no invasivo, saluda con fuerza pero él también se está despertando.

This sun of that day when I interrupted my practice to honor the star of the sky, was yellow, soft, respectful.

Somewhere it would have dawned orange as usual, but from the coast of Playa d'En Bossa, it let itself be seen in this color and with this soft intensity.

Este sol de aquel día en el que interrumpí mi práctica para honrar al astro del cielo, era amarillo, suave, respetuoso.

En algún lugar habría amanecido anaranjado como siempre, pero desde la costa de Playa d’En Bossa, se dejó ver de este color y con esta intensidad suave.

I took pictures and contemplated it, along with some other people who were there, dedicating those minutes to the sun, to the sunrise, to the new day that was beginning.

Tomé fotos y me dispuse a contemplarlo, junto con algunas otras personas que estaban allí, dedicando aquellos minutos al sol, al amanecer, al nuevo día que estaba iniciando.
