Coffee lovers, my greetings and respect to you. We continue united loving the most fabulous drink of the plant.... Coffee ha,ha,ha,ha.

In Venezuela we are in the Semana Mayor, Holy Week. Today is Holy Wednesday and many people have gone on vacation. We don't have the best economy at this time but even so, Venezuelans find the strength to not let our emotions get the better of us. While some decide to go to the beach, travel or go to church, others keep doing sports and also take space to have a good coffee.

Today, already in the middle of the week, we completed our routine. Near the sports center where we were there is a coffee shop. I thought it was strange to see it so empty but, as I said at the beginning, the vacations may have had an effect.

This place is not a cafeteria as such. It is a place to eat and drink beers. The menu includes grilled and fried chicken, Chinese rice, soup, salad, among others. As the establishment opens very early in the morning, they offer coffee and pastries for breakfast.

They have included white and red wine in the alcoholic beverages group. They have also changed the design of the place and right next to it they set up an ice cream parlor but they sell cakes and cocktails. This combination is a bit strange ha,ha,ha but that's the way it is.

Once we finished our training we decided to have breakfast at Ticos, that's the name of the establishment. We ordered three machine made coffees. One vanilla and two hazelnut. They don't offer much variety, just those and moccachino.

I don't usually drink sweet coffee, maybe that's why I felt that this time I had too much sugar. I can't deny that it tasted good, it was good, just a little sweet for my tastes. My friend who ordered the vanilla coffee thought it was fabulous.

The cakes were chicken and Andean, the latter is filled with ground beef and rice, it is part of the traditions and customs of the Venezuelan Andes. In Caracas they do not prepare them as exquisite as they do there.

It was a very pleasant moment for us, nothing was planned, it just happened, and it couldn't have been better. I laughed like never before with the crazy things my friends did. The morning was really great. The improvised moments also work out well.

Amantes del café mis saludos y respeto para ustedes. Seguimos unidos amando la bebida más fabulosa del planta... El café ja,ja,ja. En Venezuela estamos en la Semana Mayor, Semana Santa. Hoy es miércoles Santo y muchas personas han salido de vacaciones. No tenemos la mejor economía en estos momentos pero aún así, los venezolanos sacamos fuerza para no dejarnos abatir por las emociones. Mientras unos deciden ir a la playa, viajar o ir a la iglesia, otros nos mantenemos haciendo deporte y también tomamos espacio para tomar un buen café. Hoy, ya a mitad de semana, completamos nuestra rutina. Cerca del polideportivo donde estuvimos hay una cafetería. Me pareció extraño verla tan vacía pero, ya lo dije al inicio, las vacaciones posiblemente haya incidido. Este lugar no es una cafetería como tal. Es un lugar para comer y tomar cervezas. Dentro del menú se consigue pollo asado y frito, arroz chino, sopa, ensalada, entre otros. Como el establecimiento abre desde muy temprano ofrecen café y pasteles para el desayuno. Incluyeron dentro del grupo de bebidas alcohólicas vino blanco y tinto. También han cambiado el diseño del local y justo al lado montaron una heladería pero venden tortas y cócteles. Esta combinación es algo extraña ja,ja,ja pero es lo que hay. Una vez culminado el entrenamiento decidimos desayunar en Ticos, así se llama el establecimiento. Pedimos tres café hecho en máquina. Uno de vainilla y dos de avellana. No ofrecen mayor variedad solo esos y moccachino. No suelo tomar café dulce quizá por eso sentí en esta oportunidad que estaba pasado de azúcar. No puedo negar su buen sabor, estaba bueno, solo que un poco dulce para mis gustos. A mi amiga, la que pidió café de vainilla le pareció fabuloso. Los pasteles eran de pollo y andino, este último se rellena con carne molida y arroz, forma parte de las tradiciones y costumbre de los Andes venezolanos. En Caracas no los preparan tan exquisitos como allá. Fue un momento bien agradable para nosotras, nada estuvo planificado, se dio al momento y mejor imposible. Me reí como nunca con las locuras de mis amigas. De verdad estuvo genial la mañana. Los momentos improvisados también salen bien.
