Greetings coffee lovers. I am pleased to greet you and comment through this medium. Definitely, it seems that more and more people seem to join together for any excuse to share and have a good coffee. Even doing it alone has become a habit.

These days my sister shared a photo of herself in a coffee shop alone. I didn't miss it at all, rather I thought about the importance of interacting with oneself. Sometimes we neglect ourselves so much and let so many things accumulate that we end up saying "I don't like solitude". It is possible that one thing has nothing to do with the other but, that was the idea that came to me at that moment.

And, that idea came to my mind because just when I saw the picture I was preparing a coffee in my son's espresso machine. I was with him at his house and while he was preparing breakfast for me, (I was home alone) my sister arrived with the message.

I love the taste of coffee made in this coffee maker. It gives me a certain impression, it is possible that any kind of coffee can taste good in this machine, why? Because the coffee is so pressed that it can hardly lose its concentrate.

When my son offered me a coffee maker like this one I turned it down ha,ha,ha,ha. Now I regret it, I preferred to stay with my traditional way and sadly I lost the opportunity to have a beautiful and comfortable express like this one. As you can see it is a small coffee maker, the container holds two cups of coffee, enough for me, I am usually alone at home or at breakfast I can share with my husband.

As for the taste of the beverage I can assure you of its exquisiteness. The way the powder is pressed into the hood really makes it not lose any of its flavor. It has a measuring cup, but everyone prepares it in their own way. For a coffee with milk I prepared it strong. For breakfast without milk I prepared it clear and in the afternoon, not too strong either.

Well, I do enjoy my moments in solitude, I do not run away from it, I am not afraid of it and I rather take advantage of it to meditate. I enjoy the silence of meditation when it is my turn. Although many find it hard to believe, this activity renews our life every day and if after meditation you sit to visualize with a cup of coffee in hand, even better.

More goodness of coffee than these... none.

Saludos amantes del café. Gusto en saludarles y comentarles a través de este medio. Definitivamente cada vez pareciera que más personas se unen por cualquier excusa para compartir y tomar un buen café. Incluso, hacerlo sola también se ha vuelto costumbre. En estos días mi hermana compartió una foto estando en una cafetería sola. No me extrañé para nada, más bien pensé en la importancia de interactuar con uno mismo. A veces nos descuidamos tanto y dejamos acumular tantas cosas que en consecuencia terminamos afirmando "No me gusta la soledad". Es posible que una cosa no tenga nada que ver con la otra pero, esa fue la idea que llegó a mi en ese momento. Y, llegó esa idea a mi mente porque justo cuando veo la foto me encontraba preparando un café en la cafetera express de mi hijo. Estuve con el en su casa y mientras preparaba el desayuno para mi, (estaba sola hasta casa) llegó mi hermana con el mensaje. Me encanta el sabor del café hecho en esta cafetera. Me da cierta impresión, es posible que cualquier tipo de café adquiera buen sabor en este equipo ¿por qué? Porque el café queda tan presionado que difícilmente puede perder su concentrado. Cuando mi hijo me ofreció una cafetera como esta la rechacé ja,ja,ja. Ahora me arrepiento, preferí quedarme con mi modo tradicional y tristemente perdí la oportunidad de contar con una express bella y cómoda como esta. Como pueden ver es una cafetera pequeña, el envase recoge para dos tazas de café, suficiente para mi, por lo general estoy sola en casa o en el desayuno puedo compartir con mi esposo. En cuanto al sabor de la bebida les puedo asegurar sobre su exquisitez. De verdad el modo como se presiona el polvo en la capucha hace que no pierda ni un poquito de su sabor. Tiene su medidor pero cada quien lo prepara a su manera. Para un café con leche lo he preparado fuerte. Para el desayuno sin leche lo preparé claro y en la tarde, no muy cargado tampoco. Pues, yo si disfruto de mis momentos en soledad, no le huyo, no le tengo miedo y más bien aprovecho para meditar. Disfruto del silencio de la meditación cuando me toca. Aunque a muchos les cueste creer, esta actividad nos renueva la vida cada día y si después de la meditación te sientas a visualizar con una taza de café en mano, mejor todavía. Más bondades del café que estas... ninguna.
