1.Think of it as a stock. They buy LEO and never sell it. You buy LSTR and indirectly investing into LEO. Underlying asset is LEO basically.

  1. Now why not buy LEO directly? Because LSTR will generate more LEO than you can.

  1. Let's say they will get 100 LEO by selling LSTR , they will earn more LEO by staking. So initially it was 100 but now the amount grows and becomes 110 LEO. Your investment just saw a 10% growth.

That indeed makes sense. But Khal team is involved with Leostrategy if I am not wrong so I don't think they can afford to do any wrong without hurting LEO ecosystem itself.
