You've gotten a lot better at channeling them over the last 6 years, that's for sure. I do believe that it's important to find an outlet as well, but that isn't easy. As I always say, I wish I had the answer for you. If I figure it out, you'll be the first to get a 10min voice message.

Well, I'll look forward to the message! That said, the best way to deal with emotions is something every human philosophy and civilization has struggled with. The Vulcan approach has a heck of a lot for it, though I suppose, even were it possible, it would seem pretty dry. It's as though one had two natures, a human nature and the nature of wolf of the steppe. Ok. I know. Not relevant at all. Just throwing it in.
