My new client.

Pleasant greetings everyone. Hope you are all having a swell time?

Saturdays are usually very busy for me. First I wake up by 5:30am to prepare for early morning prayer service in church. That service last for an hour and a half. After that is done, I go home to prepare meals for the day. I have to prepare both breakfast and lunch at the same time because once I step out if the house, I won't be back till 8pm at night.

Today was no different. I woke very early and prepared for the early morning service after which I went home to prepare breakfast of pap accompanied with bean pudding. For lunch, I prepared white rice since I had some left over stew.

I stopped by the hair salon to make a simple hairdo before heading to work. Yes I work on Saturdays. I take a young pupil extra classes but today, there was another guest around.

Turns out that my pupil's cousin was interested in joining my class and so I let her join. Her name is Amy and she is two and half months old but this little girl can talk and sing clearly.

She kept asking for her own book and pencil and we had to provide her with one. I gave her a book and a pencil, sat her down to write and all she could write was figure one.

I tried to step it up a notch by introducing figure two to her. It wasn't easy teaching her how to write figure two. There was a lot "curve and dash" going on. I also cajoled her by singing some ABC rhymes to her which she enjoyed.

I also taught her some occupations. Actually, she was pointing to the figurines on the wall and that led to a teaching moment which I maximized. She was fascinated to learn new words but that little girl is a fast learner. She picked up the words after I taught them to her twice.

At the end if everything, I was hired to be her extra lessons teacher too. I was excited because Amy is a lively child and I know she would do great.

After the lessons, we took some pictures together. I also took some personal photos of her as well. She is such a cute girl. I know I would enjoy teaching her.
