Friends at @ecency, I haven't been able to post on your platform for several months. Every time I try, I get an ERROR message. What could be happening? I've tried several times, and every time I get an ERROR message and I can't post there.😟

Could you please share screenshot of the error? Did you try logout and login back?
The next time I post something, I will try again through Ecency and send you the image. When this happened, I sent a report, but so far I have not received a response. Thank you very much for responding. I liked the Ecency front page.

Apparently, changes were made to the Ecency platform, and when I try to post, it tells me that I cannot do so with HTML code and that I must revert to the previous version. When I try to do so, I get an error message. I usually use HTML code in all my posts to make them look better. I'm sorry. It seems that I will not be able to post on the Ecency front page again. I am sending you a photo.
Yes, we have classic editor which supports HTML codes and new publishing screen which is much easier to use and format without any html codes. On that error screen, there is report button could you please click on it, we will receive details of the bug and work on a fix. Thank you for reports and helping us track down the source of issue.
