LMAC Free-Style: Blossoming Amidst Decay

Hello Creative Community!

Meet me again in my latest freestyle collage! Today, I bring you a collage with a mix of vibrant colors, stepping away from the black and white theme I previously shared. This time, I focused on the main character, depicting two different sides with the dominant blue and yellow colors.

I came up with the idea for this collage after these words came to mind: "I am supposed to bloom and flourish, but deep inside, my roots have rotted and are filled with fungus." These words seem to come from my fear of growth and freedom, it's too hard for me to get out of the comfort zone that I have built. But as time goes by I have to decide and choose one or the other.

There were quite a few experiments during the making of this collage, including color choices and placement. I was a bit puzzled about arranging these objects to achieve a balanced look. It took around thirty layers to make all these images appear interconnected.
