"What Will Be, Will Be" — But Will It Really Be Without Efforts?
First and foremost, I wish to deeply appreciate the Hive Reachout Community for really creating such a thoughtful space, and I also celebrate all members here and the organizers for constantly sparking out conversations that provoke growth and a deeper understanding. The interesting theme for this week is definitely not just timely, but necessary in accordance challenging certain ideas we’ve somehow blindly accepted.

- One very popular saying I strongly disagree with is this one: “What will be, will be.”
The Illusion of Fate
Please you all believe me at first when is say this statement sounds so peaceful and reassuring, most especially when life gets tough. But again don't forget it also whispers the dangerous idea that effort, planning, and of course responsibility don’t matter — that our destinies are all pre-written, no matter what we do. This is where I did draw my line.
When Comfort Becomes a Cage
Many of our people find comfort in this phrase when they might have fail or face setbacks. But in the very truth, it becomes more of a mental cage — a reason to all stop trying, stop learning, and stop fighting for the better advantages. I think 🤔 It trains people to wait for the change instead of creating it ourselves. It glorifies the passivity and punishes the intentional living.
Faith vs Fatalism
Believing in these divine will or destiny is beautiful, but don't forget too that even faith teaches us to act, to pray, to push and to build. “What will be” isn’t meant to only make us fold our arms and then let life happen to us. It’s truly meant to encourage peace after we’ve done all we can -- Not before.
Choosing Purpose Over Luck
I truly believe “what will be” should certainly become “what I make happen.”. Our future is all shaped by our choices, not chances. By our effort, not excuses. If so people like Nelson Mandela or Malala itself believed in that phrase, therefore their stories would never have been written. We are all writing ours on daily basis.

In the very end, “What will be, will be” sounds so sweet, but I'll boldly say it steals power from the hands of the dreamer. Let’s do well not to raise a generation that only waits on fate. Let’s raise those ones that will always walks with faith but acts with purpose.
- Please to everyone here in the Hive Reachout community: I'm open and urge many to challenge the norm, question the common, and also tonalways choose the truth that sets us free.
I invite @imohmitchel and @marsdave to this amazing prompt.
