My Journey into the Cloud: A Click into Online Learning
- Greetings to the Digital Lifestyle Community, my Esteemed Audience, and it's my pleasure for the week Prompt!
It’s has always been a pleasure to share and reflect here. So for this very week’s prompt tagged "Campus in the Clouds!", I’ll be diving massively into my personal experience with the virtual learning and how it compares with our traditional one-on-one learning.
My Experiencs: A Click into Online Learning
Over the past year and till date, I’ve explored three online classes—each one of it with a unique and transformational in its own way. The very first one was on affiliate marketing, where I then got introduced to the business of earning through link-based referrals. It was really insightful and sparked my curiosity in the digital economy.
- Then it came a course in content creation and writing on Hive. Much Thanks to this passionate mentor "@fashtioluwa" and the supportive learning environment, I did not only learned the ropes but found a community that really made learning meaningful and fun. The course till today gave me the confidence to write and create consistently online.
And Currently, I’m navigating on crypto trading, an ongoing journey that’s as complex as it is fascinating too. Though I’m still learning this, the value it’s adding to my digital skills is so much undeniable.
The Ups and Downs of Learning Virtually
The Online learning offers much more of convenience, flexibility, and global access. I always be in comfortable room, wearing a wrapper, sipping my garri, and still learning from someone across the world. I could even learn anywhere else I'm available aside my home, It’s a beautiful thing!
But again there are downsides, because in almost everything, none is that perfect. The Network issues, lack of a hands-on supervision, and also the ease of distraction can make it hard to stay committed. So therefore, one needs a strong self-discipline to keep the fire burning.
The Human Touch: Why I Still Prefer One-on-One Learning
Despite the very evolution of education in our time, I still lean massively towards the basics, physical, one-on-one learning. There’s indeed something powerful about looking a teacher in the eye, asking of spontaneous questions, and sharing in-the-moment energy with the peers. For me, it just sticks better and best.

As the technology grows, education must also evolve — but I'll suggest not at the cost of personal connection. In my very own opinion, the future is so hybrid, a perfect blend of the virtual tools and human presence. So yes, campus in the clouds is really cool, interesting and fun — but sometimes too, learning is best felt on the ground.

STOP
The truth is that online class is nice, but it can never be like physical class because they are time for your stop your teacher and ask question. I also enjoy learning online like you said there are many ups and downs. Most time when I’m learning online I tend to get carried away with other task that are always popping up on my laptop but learning physical class pay me more like you said this was an interesting read. I enjoy reading your post nice one.
I'm happy 😊 to see you here, once again supporting me.
Thank you 🙏 so much sir
You’re welcome
Online classes are cool but they can never replace physical classes.
I have experience in both and I can say boldly, what the physical cannot does not exist 😂
Definitely 💯.
No matter what, online classes can only get better but can't completely wipe out the physical class.
