Today, a person who has decided to engage in poultry farming is happy to simply learn important information about this business by reading numerous articles and watching videos of experienced poultry farmers who share their valuable experience and secrets.

One of the important questions is the profitability of a particular breed of chickens, which can be divided into two directions: meat and egg-laying.

Some praise chickens for the increase in live weight, and others for a large harvest of eggs.

I closely follow new information, but today I think that the most profitable chicken is not a bird at all, but a tinder fungus, which is popularly called a forest chicken.

This sounds like a joke, but if we talk about the benefits, then the mushroom is ahead of any chicken many times over, since you do not need to spend your money on feed, medicine and electricity, and you do not need to spend time caring for the bird, and you can cook from this mushroom everything the same as from chicken, but you need to find it in the forest.

The tinder fungus is more nutritious than chicken, it has no bones and feathers, it can be boiled, fried, stewed, frozen for future use.
