They say that good, quality sleep should be light as a bird's feather, unburdened by any extraneous thoughts, it's interesting to remember at least one case when such a dream visited me lol.

The proverbs that say that the less you know, the better you sleep are right, and the proverb that talks about the grandmother who knew no troubles, but bought herself a piglet.

In this case, these two proverbs touch each other and disturb what can be called a peaceful sleep.

For example, before, when I was not interested in gardening, I could calmly watch the fact that among the green foliage of plants, suddenly, a dry, twisted leaf appears, and now, I look at it as a problem that should be somehow solved and this can deprive me of sleep lol.

Sometimes, knowledge, in the matter of achieving high-quality, restful sleep, can become a foreign object, like plastic in the middle of fallen leaves, which looks very inharmonious.
