In my childhood, one of the cheapest products, per kilogram of weight, was salt.

It could be cast salt, sea salt, or extra table salt, the difference in price was not big.

No one spared salt, if they were not afraid to oversalt, if the salt got wet, it was thrown away without regret, that was how it was, but a lot has changed, since today, salt has begun to acquire its price, at least this is what the labels on the shop windows say.

But, no matter how it was before, at all times, any product without salt is nothing.

You can buy yourself a bucket of black caviar, or the most expensive fish, lol, but without salt, it will be nothing!

It's like an aerstat that hasn't been filled with hot air yet... a carpet is a carpet.

Only salt can make any fish fly!
