Some things can be divided into permanent and temporary.

For example, when I was a child, people received apartments from the state with temporary doors, temporary door locks, temporary wallpaper on the walls, and temporary plumbing, that is, these were products of such low quality that people, as a rule, immediately after moving into their apartments, changed them for better quality, more durable ones.

But, strangely, in those days a saying appeared that was called a joke, but since in every joke there is only a small part of a joke, and everything else is pure truth, then in this joke there is more truth than in many sayings that are generally called wisdom.

Life shows that sometimes, what a person planned to make permanent, for example, a heavy reinforced concrete trash can in a park, suddenly loses its permanence and is no longer used for its intended purpose.

And here are some concrete structures, perhaps these are parts of the heating main casing, or something else, but definitely, someone decided to temporarily store them on the lawn and judging by the perennial grass, into which the concrete of these structures has already grown, they will remain here for a long time, and maybe forever.

Or like this, two foundation blocks, which are useful elements in construction, someone left near the walls, temporarily, but something tells me that in twenty years, if I find myself there, I will see the same picture.

Therefore, it is very difficult to judge what can be considered temporary and what is permanent lol.
