My Journey Through the Graphite World - On the edge of the world.

Hello everyone on this hot summer day and I want to continue my series of posts about how I try to learn how to draw with graphite pencils.

If you visited my yesterday's post then you know that this series of posts is called My Journey Through the Graphite World, and today's post is called On the edge of the world like the idea of ​​the drawing that I drew about two years ago but finished it relatively recently.

So this drawing in principle, is an image of my dream to settle far from the bustle of the city to engage in farming and other types of agriculture but for now this is just a dream and only my desire to draw can somehow show me this in a more realistic light.

I said that I finished the drawing almost two years after I completed it based on my experience of drawing at that time.

Yes, I thought that nothing could be done better but then I gained more understanding of how to draw certain objects.

But I must admit that the proverb that says that correcting mistakes is always harder than doing something anew is very true.

How can you not dream of leaving the city when you find yourself in endless spaces but only where these spaces have an edge can I find the maximum distance from the bustle of the city and in my drawings I look for such an edge of the world.

When I started drawing this drawing I needed to imagine in my head how the situation of the drawing would look from this angle and what the perspective would look like.

All the elements of my drawings are fantasy I will not deceive myself by looking somewhere at how and what looks like I am not interested in doing what has already been done before me.

To be honest I had thoughts that I wouldn’t be able to finish what I started that I wouldn’t have enough patience and to be honest I’m very impatient when it comes to drawing small details.

Many moons have passed since then and I forgot about this drawing.

But one day two years later I opened a folder with drawings and came across a drawing that in my opinion could already be slightly improved.

A couple of hours later I was holding in my hand what could already be considered a finished drawing.
