Molecular photo-kitchen by @barski - Autumn birthday cake.
My daughter knows how to cook amazing cakes and it seems to me that nothing is impossible for her and her imagination can only be limited by the absence of some ingredients.
I love watching her bake the cake layers, prepare the cream and coat each layer of the cake layers with it and then it all turns into a mind-blowing treat.
I don’t know how to bake cakes and pies but some time ago I got carried away with a similar thing namely working on photographs using layers and this is similar to making a cake because you need to make sure that each layer performs its function and does not introduce imbalance into the overall picture.
In a month autumn will come and the leaves will begin to fall I decided to make a birthday cake for autumn, which will give us photographers a very colorful experience but for now I decided to make this cake monochrome.
My tool was a translucent eraser the purpose of which was to open each layer and show the previous layer it's like taking a cherry out of a cake that is hidden somewhere inside.
My daughter often uses flour sugar condensed milk eggs milk cocoa and butter to make cakes and I took the landscape of a city park as a basis where you can see heaps of fallen leaves that were carefully collected by utility workers.
Next I selected suitable fall leaves from my photo archive.
Gradually the cake for the fall began to take on the shape I needed.
