RE: Some [Reflection] Snaps at ONCH

Here in my locality in Bacnotan, La Union, a portion of our roof were flown by strong winds. Power is down and they're saying that it will be restored after three weeks. Only Globe Telecom has signal and sometimes the data gets weak. Still thankful that no one is harmed.
