A Beautiful Farmhouse in Van Edremit

Hello Dear @WeekendExperience Friends; I hope everyone is fine. I am with you again with a new and beautiful post. I will tell you about the beauty of a beautiful garden life and a beautiful farm-like environment, with the photographs I took at my grandfather's house, which I visited recently, and in the large garden of the house.

This is the city of Van, which is one of the largest cities in Eastern Anatolia and a metropolitan city, located in the easternmost part of Turkey, bordering Iran, with many beauties discovered and opened to visitors, and with many beauties waiting to be discovered. Van Lehri; It is a very beautiful city with a very old history, one of the oldest urbanized places in the Middle East, with a history dating back to 8000 BC. It is a beautiful place that has attracted the attention of many civilizations throughout history, especially because it is on the shores of a large lake (Van Lake) and also has wide and fertile plains. I would like to share a different and extensive post about the city of Van, but I will prepare a nice and long article for this. In addition to being a major tourism city, the city of Van is also a major trade gateway.

Edremit is the most beautiful district of Van and the place with the most beautiful view of Lake Van. There is a castle located at the highest part of Edemit. Edremit district; It is a place that every tourist who comes to Van must visit. It is famous for its greenery and places to sit and relax on the beach. It is very busy, especially in the summer months. My grandfather's house is located on the slopes of Edremit Castle and perhaps in the most beautiful location in Van. 🌺🌺🌺

This house has a very large surrounding area and a large area consisting entirely of gardens. In this land, we can even call it a large farm, there are many fruit trees and agricultural products including garden agricultural products. There were apricot trees, walnut trees, peach trees, cherry trees, apple trees, waterfall trees, only one quince tree, bean gardens, tomato and pepper gardens and gardens where many vegetables grow. Moreover; There were a beautiful farm environment here with cows, sheep, chickens, a cat and a dog. We wander among the fruit trees, sometimes prepare tables for ourselves, set up nice picnic environments there, and water the trees at certain times of the day with well water. @favian

Fruits have their own ripening period. Since my grandfather is no longer alive, only my eldest uncle takes care of this house. All of my other uncles are engaged in trade in Istanbul. Naturally, since the number of people dealing with the farm has decreased and my grandfather, who established the farm from the beginning and took care of everything, has passed away, the next generation, my uncle, is no longer as interested in all aspects as before. Livestock farming is no more. So, there are no cows anymore, there are no sheep, they have already given up on keeping chickens, there is no dog protecting the farm anymore. They only care about the trees, but my uncle does this with the help of people working as loggers. Even though it is not the old glorious farm life, it is still a very beautiful place as it has many fruit trees in a large area. @three-six-nine

Yes; There are many beautiful fruit trees in our garden. In addition, we benefit from these beautiful and delicious fruits by sending them only to us and our relatives in Istanbul, without any fabrication process, except for natural pesticides.
