I should note that if the weather was windy, the reflections would be blurred or not visible at all.
In this case, a long shutter speed and the use of a tripod can help.
But there is too much light during the day for a long exposure.

In this case, you need a second assistant (besides a tripod).
This is a neutral gray filter.
If you haven't used such a toy yet, I advise you to buy a cheap variable filter first.
In other words, a variable density filter.
By rotating the glasses relative to each other, you can choose the desired dimming.
If you like this method of photography, it makes sense to buy a better filter.

In my case, the filter was not needed.
The surface of the river was calm.
